Inspection Comments | INVESTIGATED COMPLAINT REGARDING CUSTOMER SMOKING TOO CLOSE TO THE BUILDING AND IN THE FACILITY . SPOKE WITH THE OWNER ABOUT WHAT THEIR POLICY IS AND HOW THEY CONTROL THE ISSUE. EXPLAINED TO THEM THE IMPORTANCE OF KEEPING CONTROL OF THE ISSUE BECUASE THEY ARE LIABLE FOR ANY FINES OR LEGAL ACTION THAT MAY RESULT IN ONGOING COMPLAINTS. HANDED HERE THE INFO SHEET AND MORE OF THE WINDOW CLINGS. FACILITY DID HAVE SEVERAL SIGNS REGARDING THE NO SMOKING POLICY HUNG UP AROUND THE ESTABLISHMENT. NO OTHER ITEM WERE NOTICED DURING THIS VISIT. |
